Refund & Money-Back Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund and Money-Back Policy ("Policy") governs all refund requests and money-back claims made by users of the HomeoHub platform. By availing any service, consultation, or treatment package, the user expressly agrees to be bound by this Policy.

2. GENERAL POLICY

All payments made to HomeoHub are final and non-refundable unless specifically covered under this Policy. Refunds shall only be processed in strict accordance with the conditions defined herein. No verbal, informal, or implied commitments regarding refunds shall be binding on HomeoHub.

3. APPOINTMENT FEES

Consultation or appointment fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. If a user fails to attend a scheduled consultation for any reason, including technical issues, personal emergencies, or practitioner unavailability attributable to the user, no refund shall be provided. Rescheduling may be permitted at the sole discretion of HomeoHub, subject to availability.

4. MONEY-BACK ELIGIBILITY

Money-back claims shall be considered only if all of the following conditions are cumulatively fulfilled: (a) The user has completed the full prescribed treatment duration; (b) The user has attended all scheduled consultations without any missed or skipped sessions; (c) The user has followed all medical advice, including medication, dosage, diet, and lifestyle instructions; (d) The user has provided accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout the treatment; (e) The user has submitted a valid claim within fifteen (15) days of completion of the prescribed treatment; (f) The user can provide verifiable evidence of no clinical improvement. Failure to meet any single condition shall render the user ineligible for a refund.

5. COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT

The user must strictly adhere to the complete treatment plan as prescribed, including all prescribed medicines, dosage instructions, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications. Any deviation — including self-medication, non-compliance with prescribed doses, or following alternative advice — shall result in immediate disqualification from money-back eligibility.

6. EVIDENCE REQUIREMENT

Users must provide valid and verifiable documentary evidence to support a money-back claim, which may include: (a) Recent medical reports and laboratory investigations; (b) Photographs or images relevant to the condition; (c) Statements or certificates from independent qualified practitioners; (d) Any other documents specified by HomeoHub. HomeoHub reserves the right to evaluate all submitted evidence and to request additional documentation. The submission of fabricated, altered, or misleading evidence shall constitute fraud and result in permanent disqualification.

7. EXCLUSIONS

Refund or money-back shall not be applicable in the following circumstances: (a) Treatment is discontinued midway by the user; (b) Appointments are missed without proper advance rescheduling; (c) Any part of the treatment plan or instructions is not followed; (d) Incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information is provided; (e) The claim is based on subjective dissatisfaction, personal expectations, or perceived quality; (f) Adverse reactions or side effects are experienced (which must be reported to the practitioner immediately); (g) The user has initiated legal or consumer dispute proceedings regarding the same matter.

8. COUPON AND DISCOUNT EXCLUSION

Any portion of the service value availed through coupons, promotional codes, referral credits, discounts, or complimentary services shall not be eligible for refund under any circumstances. Refunds, where applicable, shall be calculated exclusively on the actual net amount received by HomeoHub.

9. DEDUCTIONS

In cases where a refund is approved, the refund amount shall be processed after deduction of all applicable charges, including but not limited to: (a) Applicable taxes (GST or otherwise); (b) Consultation and professional fees for sessions already conducted; (c) Payment gateway and banking charges; (d) Documentation and administrative processing fees; (e) Courier, shipping, and logistics charges for medicines already dispatched; (f) Any other operational costs reasonably incurred by HomeoHub.

10. TIMELINE FOR CLAIMS

Refund requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) days of the completion of the prescribed treatment period. Claims submitted after this period shall not be entertained under any circumstances. HomeoHub shall endeavour to process approved refunds within thirty (30) working days of approval.

11. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

For international users, all refunds shall be processed only in Indian Rupees (INR) and only to the original payment source. Currency conversion differences, foreign exchange losses, bank charges, and international transaction fees shall not be borne by HomeoHub. HomeoHub shall bear no responsibility for any loss arising from currency fluctuation between payment and refund dates.

12. PAYMENT FAILURE DISCLAIMER

Payments processed through third-party payment gateways shall be considered valid and complete only upon successful credit to HomeoHub's designated account. In cases of failed, pending, reversed, or disputed transactions, HomeoHub shall bear no responsibility, and no services shall be initiated or continued until payment is successfully confirmed.

13. DOCTOR AND SERVICE CONDITIONS

If treatment is discontinued due to non-compliance by the user, inappropriate behaviour towards the practitioner, or failure to adhere to the treatment plan, no refund shall be issued. If a practitioner is reassigned or services are modified for operational reasons, the user shall not be entitled to a refund solely on that basis.

14. ABANDONED TREATMENT

A treatment shall be deemed abandoned if the user fails to respond to consultation scheduling, attend follow-up sessions, or continue the treatment protocol for a continuous period as determined by HomeoHub. In cases of abandoned treatment, no refund shall be applicable, regardless of the amount paid or the stage of treatment.

15. FINAL DECISION

All decisions regarding refund eligibility, quantum, and approval shall be made solely and exclusively by HomeoHub and shall be final and binding on the user. HomeoHub's internal determination is not subject to appeal within the platform. Users may raise disputes through external forums as permitted by applicable law.

16. POLICY MODIFICATION

HomeoHub reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace this Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised Policy shall be published on the platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
