Affiliate Policy

1. INTRODUCTION
This Affiliate Policy governs the terms under which individuals and entities may participate in HomeoHub's affiliate and referral programme. By joining or participating in the programme, the affiliate agrees to be bound by this Policy and all applicable laws of India.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The affiliate programme is open to individuals above the age of 18 and registered business entities who have successfully completed the onboarding process. HomeoHub reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
3. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS
Affiliates must promote HomeoHub's services honestly, accurately, and in compliance with applicable advertising and healthcare regulations. Affiliates must not make any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about HomeoHub's services, outcomes, or practitioners. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with HomeoHub in all promotional materials.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following activities are strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending earnings: (a) Misrepresenting HomeoHub's services, pricing, or outcomes; (b) Making medical claims or outcome guarantees not authorised by HomeoHub; (c) Targeting vulnerable populations, minors, or patients through manipulative tactics; (d) Using spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive advertising; (e) Creating fake reviews, testimonials, or fraudulent referrals; (f) Self-referrals or referrals involving fictitious or duplicate accounts; (g) Violating any applicable advertising standard or healthcare guideline.
5. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
The applicable commission or referral fee structure shall be communicated to affiliates at the time of onboarding or as updated by HomeoHub from time to time. HomeoHub reserves the right to modify the commission structure at any time with reasonable notice to affiliates. Commission is earned only on valid, completed, and paid transactions.
6. PAYMENT OF EARNINGS
Affiliate earnings shall be paid on a monthly cycle, subject to a minimum payout threshold as communicated during onboarding. Payments shall be made only after verification and validation of referred transactions. HomeoHub reserves the right to withhold payment if any referred transaction is subsequently reversed, disputed, or identified as fraudulent.
7. TAX COMPLIANCE AND TDS
Affiliates are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable tax obligations on their earnings, including income tax. HomeoHub shall deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on affiliate earnings as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961. TDS certificates (Form 16A) shall be issued as required by law. Affiliates must provide a valid PAN and complete KYC documents before receiving payment.
8. BRAND AND TRADEMARK USAGE
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use HomeoHub's name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting HomeoHub's services within the scope of this programme. Affiliates must not modify, alter, or create derivative works from HomeoHub's trademarks or brand assets. All uses of HomeoHub's brand must be pre-approved in writing.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
Affiliates may have access to confidential information including commission rates, platform data, and business strategies. Such information must be kept strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party without HomeoHub's prior written consent.
10. TERMINATION
HomeoHub may terminate an affiliate's participation in the programme at any time with or without notice in cases of policy violation, fraudulent activity, or reputational harm. Upon termination, all pending earnings will be subject to review and may be forfeited if violations are found. The affiliate's licence to use HomeoHub's brand materials shall cease immediately upon termination.
11. INDEMNITY
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold HomeoHub, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the affiliate's promotional activities, breach of this Policy, or violation of any applicable law.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HomeoHub's total liability to any affiliate under this programme shall not exceed the total commission earned by that affiliate in the three months preceding the claim. HomeoHub shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism outlined in HomeoHub's Terms & Conditions, with the seat of arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
14. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
HomeoHub reserves the right to modify this Affiliate Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on the platform. Continued participation in the affiliate programme following any update shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
